Meditation and discussion group
This group meets approximately twice a month. We don't yet have fixed schedule or location. Please check our meeting times and locations on our Meet up page.
This group is for anyone interested in meditation, beginners, and advanced practitioners are both welcome.
The meeting is organized as follows:
- 20 min meditation
- 60 min discussion and mindful sharing
- 15 min meditation
Please arrive on time, especially if this is your first meeting.
We normally have chairs at the location, but please bring your own meditation mats or cushions.

Science and Buddhism focus group
This is an experimental group which will be meeting once a month. In this group the strong focus will be Buddhist study. We will be reading various literature in Buddhism and modern science.
The focus is only for people will strong motivation to learn theoretical and philosophical aspect of Buddhism and its modern adaptations in science and modern world. Reading provided literature is compulsory for attending these meetings!
How this meeting will be organized:
-Preparing for the meeting by reading suggested scientific paper, Buddhist Sutta and similar.
-Preparing question and critical suggestions.
-Being actively involved in the discussion at the meeting.
This meeting will not include formal meditation sessions, but during these meeting right speech and mindful discussion will be a strong focus.
The first time we meet on May 10th, 17:00 (in some cafe, please check Facebook for location updates) we will be discussing Shapiro et al. 2006. Mechanisms of Mindfulness. Journal of Clinical Psychology. Freely available here (you will find in under Mindfulness and Meditation section).

Self-led meditation days
This self-supported practice is a perfect opportunity to interrupt your busy lives for a day of silence and connect to ourselves. Sharing and discussion at the end of the day will provide a perfect opportunity to deepen your practice on deep listening and connecting to others.
